Comprehensive assessment conducted by a licensed physical therapist to establish a personalized treatment plan. This session begins with a detailed discussion of the patient's medical history, current symptoms, functional limitations, and goals. The therapist will assess posture, movement patterns, strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, visceral mobility, craniosacral rhythm and any pain or discomfort the patient is experiencing.

Based on the findings, the therapist will develop an individualized plan of care, set goals, and provide education on strategies for pain management, preventing future injuries, and optimizing movement

Treatment will start at the first session. Patients are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in their recovery process.

These sessions are designed to build upon the initial evaluation and continue progress toward functional goals. Each session begins with a brief reassessment of symptoms, mobility, and any changes since the previous visit. These sessions are designed to build upon the initial evaluation and continue progress toward functional goals. Each session begins with a brief reassessment of symptoms, mobility, and any changes since the previous visit. The therapist will provide treatment including: craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, neural mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and exercise prescription as needed.

The goal of each follow-up session is to promote healing, restore mobility, decrease pain, and improve the patient's ability to perform daily activities, sports, and return to recreational activities.
